HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Step 1

Please contact me via email, phone, text or WhatsApp to let me know your requirements. We can arrange a free informal Meet and Greet appointment at a suitable date and time to come meet you, your pet and discuss all your needs.

If I am not able to answer your call, please always leave a voicemail or drop me a text to follow up and I will get back to you soon as I am free.

Step 2

​

Meet your lovely pet and together go through the Pet Questionnaire, in order to understand character, personality, likes, dislikes, quirks and any important health issues.  I can show you my DBS/CRB Certificate, Insurance document and my CPD Certified Dog First Aid and Emergency Care training course completion certificate.

Step 3

​

Sign the Service Agreement, provide payment details for either cash or Pay Pal and then arrange your first booking and hand over key's, where necessary.
